Google plans to aquire WhatsApp for $1 billion

Last year, Facebook said after it acquired photo-sharing app Instagram for $1 billion that it plans to acquire mobile messaging app, WhatsApp for the same amount. Recently, there has been rumours that search engine giant, Google is planing to acquire WhatsApp for $1 billion.
