By now, people might be wondering how it happened or who let it happen. Nevertheless his act to me is kind of entertaining.
Nicholas Webber was sentenced to five years in prison for building a website, Ghostmarket that let its users to post personal information such as credit card numbers, passwords, email address, phone numbers and creating computer viruses. Webber himself was apprehended when using stolen credit cards to shop and even used it for luxury hotel stays. This act made me remember ‘’Kelvin’’ in ‘’Home Alone’’.
In 2011, Webber was invited to an IT class (who allow Webber in?). By allowing him in, he quickly used the opportunity to do some mischief. At the time of the incident, the computer systems at the prison were locked, which means no access to personal information or access to the internet. But still, this ‘’cyber criminal’’ cracked his way in and hacked the computer system at HMP Isis.
