Cyberattack on South Korea traced to China

Yesterday, hackers suspected to be from North Korea invaded South Korea banks and TV stations. Servers were frozen and files were deleted. The cyberattack made South Korea to jump at  conclusion that North Korea was responsible. Well, those accusations are wrong.
South Korea have said that they have trace the cyberattack to IP address in China. According to South Korea regulators, the IP address was traced to China, but those who carried out the 'dreaded act' remains unknown.
