YouTube viewers could pay $1.99 for subscription

After hitting 1 billion monthly visitors, Google's own video-sharing social network YouTube would no longer be a free platform to watch videos. An anonymous person who knew well about the matter said Monday. For now, it is not certain whether the paid videos will come with advertising. The anonymous person was not allowed to speak further on the matter.
Meanwhile, reports from the Financial times proves that YouTube viewer will be charge a mere $1.99 a month for subscriptions.
