7.4MILLION BRITONS HAVE NEVER USED THE INTERNET

At a time when we all thought that every individual on the surface of planet earth have internet connections in their homes, some people living in a developed country don't even have an idea of what the internet is.
According to the report from government office of national statistics in the UK, a whooping population of 7.4 million Britons have never used the internet to send emails or surf the web. Some of them, don't even know what YouTube is.
Are they avoiding the internet?
